Training App (MyStrengthBook)

Training App by MyStrengthBook is an app designed specifically for lifters.

To gain access to the Training App, there are two ways:

1) Connect with your coach on PULL by MyStrengthBook

If your coach uses the MyStrengthBook coaching platform, they can deliver your training programs through the mobile app. You need to be invited to their to gain access to the app with this product.

2) Subscribe to a Training App from a coach using PUSH by MyStrengthBook

By visiting any of our partner’s marketing sites you can subscribe to their training app and gain unlimited access to their training programs and community of lifters
